The Stone Bridge

A gigantic stone archway (2 miles long and 400 feet high) comfortably spans the widest spring flood of The Dessarin River. Wide enough to cope with the broadest flow of the river in times of flooding, this bridge comes with no railing.

Purpose / Function

Its original purpose is lost in history, but today The Stone Bridge is the only crossing of the Dessarin River between Ironford and Yartar ; travelers and caravans frequently use it (with care).

Made of smooth, fused hard granite.

Tourism

It is a sacred site of pilgrimage for many dwarves
