Welcome to the Kingdom of Arcadia! Within the city of Arcadia, where the kingdom draws its name, is where we will start our story. Built along the shore of Coree, a great and vast ocean, it is a shining beacon of civilization. Both technology and magic are creatively blended all through the city. The most notable of these is the Shining Wall, a glass levee poised to protect the city from even the worst hurricane the Coree can throw at it. There are several districts that make up Arcadia, the two most well known being Hightown and Lowtown. Hightown is where the alabaster tower of the Council and the King are. Legislative and Judicial change is said to happen in Hightown, the common folk are strongly discouraged from wandering. Lowtown is where most of the common folk go to actually get things done.
