Estrad

The monarchy of Estrad is centered in Silverkeep. It is dwarven with a high mix of halflings and gnomes. Normally towns are dominated by one race with not a lot of mixing. The dwarves dont encourage magic unless it can be used to improve upon a skill like blacksmithing or woodwork. Gnomes and halflings are a bit more layed back about it.
