The Fires of Voloken

The Voloken Family was large and its extended branches grew heavy. A fire would break out in the familial temple during the wedding of Roland Voloken, whilst a simultaneous fire broke out through the familial archives and the Reconditorium Temporis. Many Volokens were lost in the blaze, including the future Emperor, breaking the clean line of succession from Bartholomew Voloken since he became the precurser Emperor to the future Salvae Empire in 320 ATS.
