Beasts

Beasts are designated as Non-Sapient Beings, being fully incapable of understanding societal norms and following societal Rules.

Monsters

Monsters are between Beasts and Peoples; While Monsters are as sapient as Peoples, they do not bother to understand societal rules of Peoples. They also tend to lack as many traditions as Peoples, though this isn't always set in stone.

Peoples

Peoples are the highest ranking of Beings. Beings that are considered Peoples are primarily characterized by 3 things: full sapience, a recognition of Societal Rules and a frequency to create their own traditions. Peoples are also often referred to as Races or Lineages, depending on the circumstances.
