The Joyful Goddess
Volublectyth is the Elven Goddess of Pleasure, Joy and Happiness. She is the designer of animals and the one who grants them dreams. She also gifted darkvision to the elves, her most devoted worshippers.
Appearance
She is an athletic woman, often portrayed by dark elves with a skin similar to theirs in color. She wears long, flowing dresses as she dances through the night.
Iconography
Volublectyth's primary symbol is the crescent moon.
Servants
All elves raised in their culture worship Volublectyth to some extent, but she is much more important to the Dark Elves. She is said to be able to control animals and even people while they are dreaming. Some animals, most prominently spiders, also serve her during their waking hours.
Powers
She is said to be responsible for the Moon's light, which is her own light and through which she grants nice dreams. She is also able to control animals and even people during their sleep, but rarely does so, mostly to relay important messages.
