Personal history

Larone was essentially born into piracy, his parents were both outlaws and they left young Louis with a crew called the Gulf Shanks when they were executed for piracy in Garceau, 1407. Louis was only 11 at the time and began his time with the Shanks mopping, cooking, bilging, among other tasks. It was not until 1409, at the age of 13 that Louis would participate in real piracy and take a life in the port of a small town in Yelna. In 1418, at the age of 22 Larone was arrest along with plenty of the other Gulf Shanks during a crackdown by the Aulan government to deal with rampant piracy. Much of the Shanks were killed right there and then but Larone and some others were captured to be sent as slave labourers in Waihohn.        A slave ship called The Arnaud sailed from Aulette in 1419 full with pirates and Jia rebels. The ship took a perilous route round the Alore Cape to try to dodge the Stanley Lock but were run aground at what is now called Freedom Point.       Louis Larone was apparently the one who rallied the prisoners to revolt when the rocks freed them of their chains. Larone went round with a sharp rock and bashed manacles off of the prisoners. The revolt was a success and the crew of the slave ship were defeated.      The revolt marked the beginning of an almost fresh start for Larone as he became the leader among the prisoners at Freedom Point. Though he was only about 23 years old at this time, Larone was one of the oldest at Freedom Point and his quick thinking to revolt was the reason anyone was alive.

Receded to the the top of his head but he still wears it long and hides his balding ineffectively under his admiral's hat.
