First Migration Begins

Due to rising tension between humans and demons, many start leaving the city in order to maintain relations.

Because of Sara Ishalla's new laws set in place that restricted contact between humans and demons, many decided it was safer to leave the city in order to keep relations between them friendly. Many demons left the city in order to settle in the surrounding lands, and a much smaller percentage of humans joined them in the first mass migration out of the city. Many were prohibited from leaving the city, and new laws were being put in place in order to sustain the current human population while slowly exiling demons.   Eventually however, the public relaxed when the government took no further steps to ruin the demons' living conditions, and a full migration ban was put in place, prohibiting anyone from leaving the city, even the demons.
