Summary
Lieutenants aboard the fell Black Galleons which hail from Luna Oneiric, the Moon of the Dreamlands. They report directly to a vessel's controlling Moonbeast and are responsible for keeping lower-ranked Men of Leng in check. Indeed, these masked slavers are Men of Leng themselves. Beneath their robes lurk a pair of oddly-jointed, bestial legs with hooves that thud heavily on the decks of their ships.
