Summary
A Kappa of little note who became entangled in the affairs of the Hashinara Clan after partially destroying a fisherman's boat in Lake Biwa. Maggu had acted to prevent the overfishing of the lake, but was later set straight by Aotsuki Tsukamoto, who introduced new policies in place to help resolve the issue. She represents much of what humans find intolerable in Kappa. Impulsive, with poor willpower and control, she has a love of pranks and making trouble. She's always ready to act well before she thinks things through. The other denizens of Lake Biwa see her as more of a nuisance than anything, one of the many wild Yōkai that make the job of the Suitengu Society that much harder.
