Occult Otaku Shigeaki Fujino (a.k.a. 茂明 藤野)
Summary
A girl of minor Wakigami nobility with natural psychic powers who found employment as a general in the Hashinara army. Over time, her psychic abilities became more and more valued, and currently she is the lynchpin of the entire Clan's communication network. This, of course, gives her tremendous power, but she is careful never to abuse it openly, largely putting her position to use in gathering and spreading gossip. Fujino is always polite and cheerful, but she often seems to be on a different wavelength than those around her. She enjoys daydreaming when she isn't needed for her duties and studies the occult as a hobby. Over time, she has become quite close with Tsukijō no Yumeno, and it's rumored that they've been working together on a certain publication that is sure to turn heads in Wakigami.
