Knight
The title of Knight is in use in many counties and nations. Some areas use Knightess for females Knights.
By right of tradition, the title knight is bestowed on an individual that owes military service, primarily in the form of cavalry, to a member of the nobility. The title is associated with a tenure of land.
Knights and Knightesses are always addressed with an honorific title. Well-known examples for such address are Don and Donna, Kroz and Krozera, Sir and Dame or the more neutral Zóg or Mir are known to many.
