Potion Knives

Potion Knives are a specialized toolset to prepare ingredients for magical potions.
Most common are 3-4 different blades for various cuts and slices.

It is said that Potion Knives should have as little active magic residue in them as possible. This means to use as few spells on them as possible, i.e they often have sharpening runes on them instead of applying sharpening spells.
They can of course be sharpened by hand.
