Sisters of the Rose

The Sisters of the Rose are a purely female, semi-secret, paramilitary order.
They have tasked themselves via Oath binding ritual with the security and stability of X . Both of which they feel can only be maintained by keeping the political status quo in the country.
The Order supports this status quo by caring for the poor, bettering the education of the lower classes and helping in various other ways.
