The Delian Order

The Delian Order is a knightly order meaning its members follow an oath of knightly life.
However, the order has two components, one is the "Temple" the other is the "Monastery". The Temple is the mostly non-religiously motivated arm, while the Monastery is made up of purely religious motivated knights.

Structure

The Delian order is organized in "Monasteries" or "Temples" in rank both are interchangeable in that they represent a specific location where the order dwells.

Almost all "Order Forts" have both a Monastery and a Temple.
The order is lead by the Lord Knight, who is selected from the commanders of the Order Forts. The Lord Knight is aided by a contingent of 12 knights called the Chamber Knights who advise him.
Each Order Fort is lead by the Knight Commander aided by the Knight Commander Left-handed, who is the second in command.
