Toughts about the Creation of Turian's World
" ...and in the evenings they gather around a campfire. There they tell stories and sing songs of old, they teach their foals about the world and about their roots the history of their people."
"...in all my travels I have never found a people that does not think about where they came from. All had songs, tales and some even written manuscripts about their history here. Even though most folks call the world Turian or some variation of that, just as many do claim to hail from somewhere else."

"It is a fair assumption that people have a legend or myth about the creation of the world they live in and, of course, they themselves came to be. Many of those involve things like wars between gods or concepts like good and evil. Most such myths tell of the world as being a staging ground for the wars between these powers. However, Turian seems to be a special thing, as only very few of the inhabitants claim to really stem from it. Quite the opposite, most have stories about their "coming to Turian" and those rank from just waking up here one morning to undertaking a voyage over an endless ocean for new shores."
Excerpt from Myths and Facts - A Study of Creation by Elevius Jacan
"The name Turian, for the world we live in, is not really correct. It has become a tradition to just call our world Turian or Turian's, but in times long lost to legend and myth the world was called Turian's World. This implies an owner or creator by the name of Turian.
As we have learned in many voyages and expeditions to distant lands, this name, or a close deviation, is fairly consistent."
