Valiants of Turian

The Valiants of Turian are the umbrella organisation of many local guilds of dubious reputation.
They might be orders of assasins or guilds of thieves, just a consortium of fences or even drug dealers. They all answer to the VoT or else.

The VoT keeps all those organisations "honest" and controlls them to some extend. Do not become To ambicious with your underhand control of a city or even a state. The VoT might take offence.

"Everybody knows of its (the VoT's) existance and as such it is absolutely obvious that there is no such thing as the Valiants of Turian, no thievs guild does pay tribute and no Clan of Shadows has ever answered to them.
You can ask whom you like, everybody knows about them and everybody knows they are not real."
