Nordfjord

The western capitol of Nordfjord is the home of Vikings. Boasting the most powerful navy, Nordfjordian ships the most durable and fastest ships in the realm. The coastal terrain provides just enough food for the citizens, but to maintain the Viking army requires the city to trade with others. Jarl Guthrum is in charge of Nordfjord and its fleet. The citizens of this territory are very religious, and as an effect were the first to be warned by the gods of the Fimbul winter. The common citizens are considered crude as the city is mostly based on a religious fishing economy. Their symbol is a raven in flight.
