Oulu

The eastern capitol of Oulu is home to the current largest standing army in the realm. A mostly land based society with an abundance of land used for agriculture and hunting. Oulu is under the control of Jarl Droga. The citizens around this territory are somewhat religious. Food production is high, but since most goes toward the army, very little is left for trade. The warriors of Oulu are famed for their near impenetrable shield wall formations. Their symbol is Mjolnir, the hammer of Thor. Cities under the protection of Oulu are Helsinki, Nyborg, and Kiruna.
