Servants have a wide variety of power levels. These power levels are usually determined by aspects such as their legendary statuses, fame, etc. While not always applicable, the more well known the servant is, the higher their star rating as well as their base power levels.
Within the campaigns of Fate/Grand Order Tynarian Tales, there are primarily 3 groups of servants. Those groups being 1-3 Stars, 4 Stars, and 5 Stars.
1-3 Star Servants
A vast majority of all servants fall within this category. Servants rated with three or less stars are still strong in their own right, but they don't have many unique features that can allow their potential to expand. They're by no means bad, but their power levels are by no means outstanding. They require 4 points of mana for upkeep.
4 Star Servants
Servants rated with 4 stars have decently more power and potential when compared to those with less than 4. They require 5 points of mana for upkeep. These servants gain the following in-game abilities:
- These servants gain a feat, mystic artifact, or a unique class-specific feature.
- These servants start off with 13 HP at level 1.
5 Star Servants
5 Star servants have the highest increase in power potential when compared to the others. This is offset by the fact that they are rather rare to find and especially rare to summon. They require 6 points of mana for upkeep. 5 Star servants gain the following abilities:
- These servants gain mystic artifact or feat.
- These servants gain a unique class-specific feature
- These servants start off with 15 HP at level 1.
When creating a servant as a player, they may roll on the following table to determine the star rating of the servant. Results are still judged by the DM.
