Demographics

Uruzaki City is the most diverse city in Haroshika Kingdom. 25% of the population is consisted of humans, 45% of the population is consisted of elves, 20% of the population is consisted of half-elves, and the last 10% is of other races.

Government

Uruzki City's government, being the main government of the whole country, is ran by the king and his court. The king's castle is situated at the edge of the city, facing towards the people.

Defences

The city is surrounded by 20ft tall walls to ward off enemies. Guards are always patrolling either near or on top of the walls at all times. Elves are preferred to be chosen as guards due to their short rest periods, great darkvision, and lethal archery techniques. The walls themselves don't have too many armaments beyond just a few ballistae every 25 meters or so. Most guards will utilize their longbows when they see a threat approaching.
Within the city, guards patrol the streets both day and night. Humans usually take the day shifts while elves and half-elves take night shifts. Darkvision is a great asset to have for these shifts, as they can see a troublemaker in the dark before the troublemaker sees them.

Industry & Trade

Goods and services of varying types are created, bought, and sold throughout the market district. Several elven blacksmiths can be seen meticulously making tools and weapons using traditional techniques. Art is also an extremely popular good, with many businesses dabbing in some sort of art-related business, be it commissions, painting suppliers, calligraphy classes, or more.

Districts

Uruzaki consists of several residential districts, separated by social class. The center of the city is the grand market district where goods and services are exchanged and businesses. North-most of the city is the king's court, where only government officials are allowed passage.

Architecture
