Frelsian Council

While the thurstrundr people tend to avoid shackling themselves to rules or strict measures, there is a loose coalition agreement among those who live in and near the skylands. This coalition is known as the Frelsian Council, and serves to arrange treaties for trade and protection of the thurstrundr peoples, as well as to settle disputes among the various groups.
