Balborouan League

The Balborouan League is an confederation of four major Free-Cities and a couple of smaller townships and villages located in the South-Eastern Anuiran Peninsula, separated from the Green Plains Pact and Three-Waters Alliance to the north by thick coniferous forest, and the Redpine Syndicate to the west by the Lohne River. Like most of the Taenic leagues, the Balborouan League has no 'national' government and each individual city is obligated only to provide martial defense against wars of aggression from neighbouring cities.
The four cities that comprise the league, and make up their leadership, are as follows;
