Session 10

General Summary

Gnemo - Emmylou tried to heal Gnemo but he had already passed away Felix neutralised the venom eating away at his body helgret has taken some of the remaining venom into a bottle


party has recovered Alerian and also found Wsk-188, a warforged. Alerian told party that if they return him to Caer Cîafran, his father may be able to pull some strings and get Gnemo resurrected.
Gnemo's body is placed in Emmylou's Bag of Holding
Explored further in caves, found treasury room and took; dagger of warning, immaculate cloth wrap, clockwork amulet, scroll case unopened, 600sp and 150cp (split 200 and 50 amongst Helgret, Xhada and Ella).
Using the rope, the party sends 188 down the river and attach to one end to allow the party to move underwater and avoid the goblins now waiting for them at the remains of the bridge. Most of the party make it down fine but Alerian is shot and knocked unconcious. 188 pulls him out downstream and Felix heals him. The party then book it southwest as fast as they can to escape any goblins following them.
The party push onwards through the night moving a bit more quietly and try to disguise their tracks with mixed success before eventually settling down to camp. During the watches, Helgret finds some foxes and brutally murders them. Xhada finds a goblin scout, knocks him unconcious and binds and gags him before sitting on him. Emmylou's watch passes without incident and during Ella's watch, her ring activates and she falls to the ground clutching her chest before getting back to her feet feeling a strange power within her.
In the morning, Alerian thanks the party for rescuing him and cooks up the foxes Helgret killed. The party move south until they reach the end of the forest. Emmylou lets the goblin go after giving him some food and explaining to him that it would be a bad idea to tell his clan where the party is. As the party reaches the edge of the Braken Valley, they see the burnt remains of the market town of Brakspring, still smouldering.
