Session 25

General Summary

Party head up a narrow pass up a cliff from the Wailing Bay. Find themselves at the Mosston Fens. Rather than following the rough path into the fens, they decide to hug the wall of Mosston all the way back to the gates. Upon arriving at the gate, the party let the guards know that they have information regarding the disappearances of people in Angel Gate and need to see Captain Aegan. They are taken to Aegan and explain what they found in the sewers as well as there having been a few survivors. Aegan gathers some of the guard and they all head into the sewers to retrieve the bodies of the fallen and the survivors. The party inform Aegan about Snaps, who they say is living down in the sewers and was of great help. Aegan is skeptical but thankful enough to take their word for it. Promises that he will be sending guards down into the sewers on regular patrols. Felix retrieves the body of Carter Atercyne and casts gentle repose on the body and Aegan retrieves the body of Thizzik, the doppelganger, and promises to dispose of the body. The party parts ways with the guard and head back to Raph's Hall.
The party drink and bathe and Lorelei visits the stables to check on Spatula, Snowball and Unnamed Pony - who are fine - they appreciate the additional carrots. Felix is invited down into the cellar to retrieve Carter's things as they were moved when he failed to return to the inn. The next day the party have breakfast, flash some oversized gems and head out to meet with Nubrix Glimmershin to see if they can get a shield for Wisk and a headband for Marti to secure her Mortyrn Stone to.
After some negotiation, the party enter into a contract with Nubrix that will take them to Torshin Barrow in the Eastern Arborwilds to retrieve a headband that matches Marti's new stone and bring back any additional items of historical / cultural value signing the following contract:

Agree to enter into and complete the following contract with Nubrix Glimmershin of Mosston's Exotic Collections.
To travel to the digsite at Torshin Barrow in the Eastern Arborwilds and retrieve artefacts of historical and cultural value for sale at Exotic Collections.
First 5000gp worth of items of historical / cultural value are to be brought back to Exotic Collections for sale. Anything in excess of this sum - to be determined by an independent appraisal - will be negotiated upon the party's return. Pains should be taken to maintain historical context and significance of any items removed from the barrow.
Payment for this contract will be the retrieval of the headband detailed in Nubrix's Technical Drawings as well as additional monetary reward decided by the appraisal of any items brought back in excess of the agreed upon first 5000gp.

Felix exchanges the magical greatsword he has been carrying for a +1 shield and goggles of night. He hands the goggles of night to Wisk and also hands him his old shield.
