Session 8

General Summary

Felix Bermont confronts the party outside the crypt. Felix Bermont introduced Opal's Oddities - Gnemo woken during the night by scratching noises and things being knocked over. Uses Caithaken to investigate. Bloody remains of dog found outside shop. Entire street is covered in claw marks, Gnemo helps repair them. Talk with a group of guards, Emmylou gives them coffee. Harrieta is a neighbour of the Opals, Gnemo repaired her door.
Xhada receives new bounty from Tazok. Goblins have kidnapped Alerian Bhaskir, a half elven young man. Belongs to an influential merchant family from Caer Ciafran. Promised 200gp to the group and connections with the Bhaskir family.

Party located a camp following a goblin trail from the High-Rock Road into the Arborwilds. Xhada got swole magic from Gnemo and intimidated the goblins into leading the party to Blacktongue Caverns. Xhada talks with guard Worg and demands to meet Grizzt to discuss the release of Alerian. Message is sent to Grizzt who rejects the offer and the Worg tells the party to move away or they would 'scatter their corpses throughout the forest'.
Party leaves but only travel about an hour, during travel they notice they're being followed. Xhada throws rocks in their general direction. The party then make a show of setting up camp as a trap. The goblins watching them are quickly dispatched and one (Breeyap) is captured.
Breeyap is happy to give up information in return for his life, after seeing his compatriots swiftly killed.

Q:How many goblins are there?
A:Many hands! But not all fighters.
Q:How many Worgs are there?
A:4 or 5. Seemed indecisive.
