A Lizardfolk Necromancer that has set up camp in Old Owl Well, he seems to be busy investigating the ruins while presumably zombifying anyone that interrupts him.


Except someone that shows ingenuity it seems, as the lizard was willing to parlay with the party. As well as also wanting the orcs dealt with, he also wishes to know who originally owned the wizard's tower and seems to believe the party can accomplish this where he can't.


Lucan was able to deduce that they come from the mainland, probably from a tribe that is infamous for their cannibalism of all sentient beings.
