Master Ibarim

Master Ibarim is the founder of Neverwinter's clocktower and is a teacher to multiple magically gifted children. Ibarim is paranoid for a mage, having established his tower in a way to avoid investigation by the local guard and setting turrets to keep everyone else out. Presumably, this is because of his experiments into elemental planes to replace zombie labor.
The party, after learning this, decided this was the lesser of two evils and decided to help him get approval by the government.

A halfling mage that owns the clocktower and can be often found buried in book. Is incredibly paranoid of outsiders.
