Redbrand Ruffians

The Redbrands are a bandit group that have taken an organized crime approach in the town of Phandalin. Harbin Wester, the townmaster of Phandalin, is too much of a coward to even ask the party to defeat the Redbrands. Sildar Hallwinter has admitted that the bandits seemed to have formed under the noses of the kingdom, and it would take 2 weeks to organize an army to deal with it.
