Session 33: The Sunken Tower Report

General Summary

The party, having entered the sunken tower, were immediately confronted by its guards. They demanded the party allow themselves to be searched downstairs for trespassing, but the party wasn't having it especially with the weird voices in their heads trying to get them to go along with it. The party resisted arrest, and soon their true motives were revealed: They we strange red slimes able to take on human forms, and they managed to devour the memories of Reza and Catalina before they were beaten off. The party soon became aware they were dealing with a very intelligent enemy: it sent a "minion" to destroy an invisible familiar used for scouting. It had set up deadly traps that both took advantage of the environment or had secondary traps set off when prematurely disarmed. Whether connected or not, the spirits of the guards were haunting a room as well, and took a decade of youth away from Catalina and Reza. They continued their push forward, Albeit with well-earned paranoia and a possible niggling at the back of their heads that they've bitten off more than they can chew.
