Another Vigilante group?
Not much is known except that they want Erland Son of Olaf's head. They also wear helmets made of a skull, a very grotesque uniform.
The Menagerie had found a secret door to their base, and while there was a lot of collateral damage, it is presumed the group has disbanded after their leader's death and suffering a lot of casualties to their trained warriors.
They possibly have a supplier on a nearby island within 2-3 days of travel.
