The Swift Hand of Phylar

This guild follows visions delivered to them by oracles and clerics. They are passed information from their God to deal out judgement and death to those that would threaten the balance of power. Many times assassins of Phylar have been sent after members of The Benefactors. Phylar will often take issue with those trying to start meaningless war or suffering and will promptly send out a messenger of death to deal with these problems.
Often though, the Hand of Phylar will contract other groups to try and take care of the problem first. Under a fake name or alias, a contract will be given out to other assassination guilds or a thief guild. Trying to remain hidden as possible, they will take care of most problems through a third party. When a task is deemed important or a third party fails, the Hand of Phylar will send out a 'representative' to swiftly take care of the matter at hand.
