Berna Whalber

Armorer and owner of the North Oak, Berna is a stout human woman with fiery red hair. She is overly blunt, but not unkind; she is, however, unwilling to sell to anyone whom she deems to be a “bad egg”. Berna hails from Phyllica, and moved to a smaller town because she felt like there was too much crime and underhandedness in the city.
