Gwyneth, the Dreamer is a night hag who is corrupting elf leaders and sapient fey, sowing dreams that drive them to evil. She will also try to corrupt the party. She leads the Withered Sisters, and her hatred of civilization fuels her enjoyment of twisting the minds of those in power.
