Lady Belinda Anteos

Lady Belinda Anteos has created a new institution in Eastpoint Castle, Sword Coast Traders’ Bank, which was eagerly encouraged by the duke.  She stays at the River Shining Tavern.
It comes as an investment of Lady Belinda Anteos, a daughter of the Anteos noble family in Fultar. The plan is for the fortified building to serve as a place where traveling merchants store profits and from which locals might take loans.
The first part of the plan is working. Merchants can deposit money in Eastpoint Castle and withdraw it in Fulton and Atlan, with the information about the deposit transferred through secret magical means. However, locals prefer to rely on friends or the Hardcheeses hobbits rather than to take money from the bank.
