Thar the Bevilian

Thar the Bevilian is a human apothecary in Hammerfast.
Thar is from an important trading family in Run, the capital of Bevil, with long standing trade connections with the Goldspinner clan. He used those connections to become established in Hammerfast, and is now one of three apothecaries and potion makers, the others being Thortha Deepmine and The Company of the Furies: Eumenides.  In exchange for his agreement to allow the Company of the Furies to brew and sell potions, he agreed to have 1% of their potion sales for five years.
Thar's name was listed on one of number of individuals that the Order of the Necromantia was trading messages with, using ravens to fly long distances. His name was discovered in Siege of the Gnoll Rock Fort: Game 2, along with Carthain, Pencheska Natyssa, Grond Silverstar and Constance (who the messages show is from Khyber, a city the Company passed through in Eumenides, or The Company of the Furies: Game 1).
