Skyl

The goddess of the sea, Skyl was born the third daughter of Solus and Ins. Upon gaining consciousness, Locke killed Solus. Skyl immediately left the realm of the gods, fleeing to the sea for fear of meeting the same fate. For millennia she languished in a multitude of planes, spending most of her time in the Feywild or in the elemental plane of the sea. The years exposed to the powerful forces in isolation transformed her, leaving the terrified, powerless goddess behind. She gained mastery over the sea, and developed a powerful, ever-changing will. After Aruna was born, Skyl returned to the realm of the gods, a now-powerful representation of the might of the material realm.
