Divine Goals & Aspirations

Velo's sole goal, in the beginning, was to create so such extravagant things, that would each build and form themselves, and eventually, find each other throughout the galaxies despite their own small placements within.
As life evolved on Ultimus specifically, she began to grow weak at the sight of how they outcasted and berated each other, for this was not the reason she created them. When she saw a small group of beings, however, that lived on an island who saw and acknowledged her, she changed her goal.
From then on she gave these beings abilities unlike those found anywhere else in the universe, and she paid special attention to them as she watched their lives expand and take shape into something beautiful. Her goal was to unite the rest of the world and stop them from their harmful ways so that they, as a single body, can focus on the bigger image.

Physical Description

Body Features

Her core skin is a pale white, which gradients into grays as it grows closer to the ends of limbs; her hands and feet, as well as some facial features, spike into a pitch black like the night sky.

Black endless eyes, glowing white hair resembling a dying star, long black claws and a pair of matching horns

Stiff posture, never slouching, never relaxing

Speech

Does not talk often, but when she does it is as if she has detached herself from the world around her. Speaks slowly and with a lot of pauses, a calm and echoing choir of different voices. "This world... has known... only a few... who would... go to great strengths... to protect those... who have done them so wrong..."
