Blassebb

Qualifications

To be qualified you have to run at least a thousand successful missions. In order to pull something like that off, you have to be skilled in espionage, combat,  and tactics. The prospect will also have to demonstrate leadership skills and be able to give order and keep multiple teams moving at once.

Requirements

In order to acquire the title, one must show that they know how the different levels of the SBS work and be loyal to Pfussäwinn Witts. Loyalty to Pfussäwinn Witts is not needed, but since the SBS is owned by them it doesn't hurt. The prospect will also have had to work with the SBS for serval years. You want to make sure you can trust the person in charge of your spy ring after all.   Other requirements include leadership skills and organization. Since this title is the head of the SBS they need to be able to keep multiple missions straight and make sure that everything is running smoothly. The titleholder must also be able to act in any mission, so they need to be a well-rounded spy and combatant. This doesn't mean that they have to be good at everything; they just need to be able to do everything. That way they can help out any team that is having trouble. It's all about being a team player as well as the coach.

Appointment

The rank is handed down by holders. When the current holder finds someone who would be a good replacement. The current holder then keeps an eye on the prospect. If the prospect keeps performing his (or hers) duties perfectly for the Söchdt Blannäbe Schennsch then they will be able to get the title. The former title owner will become the second in command to the new titleholder until the new titleholder is ready to run the SBS by himself.

Duties

It is the duty of the Blassebb to assign missions to Harchashto. They are supposed to assign and keep tabs on all missions. They then report to either the Flight or Pfussäwinn Witts.

Responsibilities

The Blassebb is more a glorified office worker than a spy. The Blassebb gets all of the teams' reports before having them sorted and reported to the correct officials. They must also make sure that everyone remains on task and finishes their work when they are supposed to.

Benefits

Since the Blassebb is an older spy one of the benefits to their title is not running super dangerous missions. They also get to see and hear secrets that other members of the SBS are not supposed to know. Also fully paid health care and more vacation time are always a plus.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

In order to be removed from the title, the Blassebb needs to have lost mission info. They also need to have lost at least two teams. They can't have any MIA's on their record. Having two just means that they can't be trusted with the lives of their teams and someone else will be given the title. Normally the former titleholder. There is no real procedure. Their teams just need to prove wrongdoing. Then the Flight and Pfussäwinn Witts do their own investigation.
