A cold mist seemed to seep through or out of the statue of the god.

When a statue to Qaydith is blessed it can sometimes have this mist around it. The mist seems to act as a layer of protection for the statue. That way no one touches the god without his consent.
The mist is not just related to Qaydith. It also seems to have connection to Prirruntri and Niolmopio. This makes sense because Prirruntri is Qaydith's son and Niolmopio is Qaydith main consort. The mist is present in the forest realms of Prirruntri. The mist is also used by Niolmopio to keep forges cool enough to work forever.

The mist can be seen hanging around the city and landscape. It feels like you are looking through a crystal lens or a thin sheet of ice.
