Niossa Scultronna
Priestess Niossa Scultronna (a.k.a. Keeper of Vetsco Dane Scutto)
Niossa was the religious leader of the Miylian Elders who strongly believed in the stewardship of Miyla and taking care of the world and the magic that runs through it. She believed that all life is sacred and that all that has a spark of magic return that energy to Konn Prünnzu which flows through the leylines of Miyla and other worlds. This view was challenged during the Miylian Elder Dragon War which was happening while she was serving but instead of changing her views to that of violence, she adopted a different attitude. Niossa continued to believe in the importance of life but pointed out to the Elves should fight protect nature from the Shifter Dragons. She spoke fondly of a promised land, a new world, or plane of existence for the elves to go to where they would be safe from the dragons where such acts of defense would not be necessary against a dragon.
Even though her life was claimed in the war during the now mythical The Last Stand of the Miylian Elders much of what she believed still survived in the Elves that did survive the war and manage to escape to Shinia that life is important and needs to be cherished and protected. In Miyla her views of Konn Prünnzu have been adopted by Kezedfrunch a group that is so devoted to the protection of the magic of the planet that they are willing to undermine anyone who would see harm befall the world. Although Pfussäwinn Witts has very different views from that of Niossa the company has devoted some of its time and resources to find the promised land that she wrote about in the old elven scriptures hoping that the place is on Miyla and that within it is a fountain of magic enough to power thousands of cities.
