The dragons are in charge and have a live-and-let-live relationship with the mortals that they allow to live on
Miyla in light of the Refugee Crisis that brought the mortals here in the first place. All of the mortals that live on Miyla are aware of what happened to the
Miylian Elders who the Dragons almost wiped out during the
Miylian War. This has made the mortals cautious in their dealings with Dragons and want to ensure they are not overtly angry.
Mortals that live in
Bridt Sche which is controlled by the
Black Dragon Flight are aware that laws like
Knochdtün Gussdt Ügng and
Kruchs Kottser which makes them the property of the Dragons that rule them. Many Dragons have the right to kill mortals at the smallest ungrateful breath if they desire. It is only a matter of time for the mortals before everything comes to a boil in a political and environmental sense.
