Statues of Gom

Statues that come in pairs each about six to twelve inches in height. One is the master figure, the other the trap. The trap is a puzzle that comes apart into about 20 pieces. Anyone putting the statue together must make a save vs. will DC 20 or be subject to the control of the first statue.
Anyone under the control of the first statue must treat all commands from the holder of the master figure as quests. Control distance is up to seven miles, though, once a command has been given it stays. A successful remove curse followed with a dispel magic within one hour will remove the control. As will destroying the master figure. (Destroying the trap figure kills the victim unless a Fort save vs DC 18 is made) The victim is unable to harm either of the statues or the holder of the master statue. The master statue can be transferred along with all control. History and creator (unless named Gom) are unknown.
