The gigantic atrium Arthyon had just entered looked as if the architects might have been trying to accommodate giants when for the hall was actually the central foyer for the entire monastery. The atrium was centrally open all the way to an arched mosaic ceiling depicting the legends of the Sharlashtri. Along the way up, each and every one of the seven levels which made up the complex was exposed with a stone walkway surrounding this great chamber. Looking up, Arthyon could see various persons walking around the rim of the Great Hall on each of the seven landings, some gathered and leaning over the ornately carved banisters made of solid red marble with obsidian highlights and topped with darkly lacquered mahogany handrails. All the onlookers were curious as to who just gated in. Supporting all of these open landings were pillars of polished black marble, each with a diameter of nearly ten feet. The first landing was nearly fifty feet distant from the foyer floor, leaving such an open space that few could stand here and not feel minuscule as they looked up.
The hall has several protections in place from not allowing outside communication or teleporting to within the halls. Even once inside, telepathy was prohibited as was teleportation. As a school, many of these common skills of Shar'Dan needed to be hampered. All Sharlasthri of master level or higher knew most of the bypass mantras which allowed one to circumvent these defenses.
Hall of Prophecy In its many rooms are housed the twins. The halls themselves just appear as a well-lit hallway with several doors.
