Establishment of the New Areyan Government

Political event

Previously known as the Kingdom of Areya, the country was restructured due to political tensions between differing local governments as well as the lack of a king or any sort of official royalty left on the continent. Areyan Ambassador Leon Mureiy, was the first to suggest a representative governmental system in which each major city-state would be accounted for by way of elected representative entity or other determined social leader. The idea was agreed upon and put into action, spearheaded by Caligo Apricol, First Commander General of Areya and representative to Glypnei, and Legault Mureiy, Lieutenant Commander of Areya and representative to Therrani. The country is now named the United Nation of Areya.

King Seere, the bloodright king, as well as his immediate family had fled due to direct threats to his life, and was sent across the sea. He did not return, and as such the country sought after a new governmental structure as to avoid total chaos. Leon Mureiy, now known as Official Areyan Ambassador, was the first to suggest a representative governmental system in which each major city-state would be accounted for by way of elected representative entity or other determined social leader (ex. Royalty of Qinesq). The idea was agreed upon and put into action, spearheaded by Caligo Apricol, the First Commander General of Areya and representative to Glypnei, and right hand man Legault Mureiy, Lieutenant Commander of Areya and representative to Therrani. The country is now named the United Nation of Areya.
