Arrn Revar (Arn Rev-ar)

The city of the sea Elves. Arrn Revar is situated in the center of the silent lake. The city was the first Elvan city discovered after they went into hiding due to its location. This has kept trade with various empires and city-states through the years, providing underwater goods for 'above-ground' ones.
Most of the city is underwater and so the exact layout is unknown. What is known is the city has a large central spire that comes above the water surrounded by the surface dock that is several towers connected by walkways.
