Boulon
A border town of Rivell on the edge of the dread forest. Despite this, the town has no walls and has maintained only a light guard. starting as a logging settlement, it grew into a proper town under the Empire of Akoom. Rumors of hauntings nearby keep most visitors away leaving it a relatively poor town, a situation not helped by the lords who separate themselves from the town proper in their mansion complex.
