The shrieker horde is defeated by a group of adventures, their origin discovered.

After being asked by the Shadow's port guild to perform 'pest control'. En route they run into a strange figure who drops several diamond-shaped items before claiming their not his. The party finds most of the farms in ruins with just a group of kids to defend the last one. Refusing to leave them alone they do what they can to prepare. Working as a team, they defend the farm, earning the blessing of Iti in the process. Upon looking into the origin of the creatures they find the open Mutation laboratory and the overseer's notes.
