Star City is the large city centralized around the Star Stone. This melting pot of a city boasts inclusiveness and acceptance. However, many have complained over the rising trend of History Keepers;those that wish to keep Star City as a historical city, keeping new peoples from living, working or even being in certain parts of the City.

At the city's center, the grand garden encapsulate the ancient monolith within an area protected by a powerful sanctuary spell and open to the public.

Many come to this place every year for the end of the year festival however, every 500 years this festival serves a secret purpose....
