Minerva

The "iron maiden" in charge of the Admin Units.

Early Life

Minerva was born into the Legion and spent her childhood with the Admin Units. She has always been a solitary person who preferred the company of books to people. The other members of her unit steered clear of her, because any sort of teasing resulted in her getting back at them in petty and even cruel ways.   As soon as she completed her education and was old enough to start working, she was tasked with accounting and stock-keeping for a few of the Core Units. This job was something she actually took pleasure in, even if people thought that she was being overly pedantic about her work.

Struggles Galore

It didn't take her very long to realise that a lot of things were... wonky in the books and reports that the Supply Officers were merrily signing. When she went forward and pointed out irregularities with her officer's management to the First Supply Officer, she was simply brushed off. That didn't sit well with her. At all.   Working hard, she tried to advance her own career despite being hindered on multiple occasions by her officer (who had gotten wind of her trying to snitch), but soon had to admit to herself that it wasn't going anywhere. Not with the higher ups only being concerned with their own gain. She made a new plan, and decided to play the long game.

Promotion to First Supply Officer

Following the coup that Armageddon came out of as the new leader of the Legion, Minerva was promoted to First Supply Officer. She had been preparing a pile of evidence that the previous holder of the rank had been corrupt, and upon presenting it to the Lord, was asked to replace him immediately.   Her first deed in her new position was to have her former officer hanged.

Current Developments

After holding her rank for 10 years now, Minerva has taken a vice-like hold of her units. She is known to be a frigid, strict woman with a heart of stone. While she has delegated a lot of her tasks to her officers in the meantime, she is very watchful of their every move and monitors them closely; she always knows what's going on and who is involved. She is also not afraid of getting involved in cases herself, and when she does, it's usually a bad sign for whoever caught her attention.   The newest arrival to the Admin Units' officers has been a source of suspicion for her lately. Even if she can't prove anything yet, she has a growing apprehension that Concord is up to shenanigans. She was wary of him from the moment he walked through the door and shook her hand with that smile of his. The only reason why she hadn't told him to walk right back out was that the units 20-XX to 25-XX were in dire need of an able manager and the recruitment office had been gushing about Concord's qualifications.

I have the distinct impression Concord is going to be in his own fire situation once she finds out.
